Building AI Agents is an AI automation consultancy that designs, builds, and deploys custom AI agents for small and medium-sized businesses. If the parties enter into a separate service agreement, that agreement will control the applicable fee structure, scope of services, payment terms, deliverables, intellectual property ownership, and any conflict with these website Terms.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients engaging Building AI Agents for automation services are responsible for providing accurate information about their workflows and systems, maintaining appropriate access credentials, ensuring that any data shared with us is lawfully held and may be shared for the purpose of the engagement, and cooperating with the discovery, build, and deployment process in good faith.
8. Permitted use
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website, its operators, or other users. You may not attempt to interfere with website functionality, probe security, scrape restricted content unlawfully, or use the site for fraudulent purposes.
9. Intellectual property
